Beautiful bright blue glass sparkles away framed in intricate detailed silver work that I have come to adore. This solid silver piece was made c1930 and features beautiful leaf motifs to each corner and bar work along the side, it also has such wonderful patina I decided to keep it as is. The scissor cut is a great way to get so much sparkle and was often used in paste form this era. This lovely piece also feature lotus designs on each shoulder fitting with the love of florals form the 1930s. Light wear to silver likely German made 900 silver and some wear to glass.
