Exquisite and incredible bright Australia blue sapphire with so much life and vibrancy. This ring is such a miniature work of art, the almost sculptural setting which is full of upswept curves and lines all reaching up to cradle this phenomenal natural sapphire. Handmade in beautiful 9ct white gold it looks to be an earlier piece likely Australian made. These older hallmarks and style date this to the c1950s to find this is so exciting. This style was used again in the 70s and 80s but this Hallmark predates that by a fair bit. There was a period when engagement rings were this high set structure during the end of the art deco period so it could be even earlier. It's a beautiful little piece ready for that petitie finger.
