Likely Australian this natural topaz shows some lovely needle like inclusions. This handmade setting is hallmarked 18ct and is such alovely piece of design! The way the claws grasp this natural gemstone and hold it high and secure is very beautiful. Maybe this was a fossicked gemstone that someone had set, it looks very similar to one I have in my collection. Some wear to gold.
